Cancellation Policy for NG Cyber Clinic Private Limited

At NG Cyber Clinic India Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to providing you with exceptional cybersecurity services. We understand that circumstances may arise that require the cancellation of our services. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling our services.
1. Cancellation by the Client
Notice Period: To avoid cancellation fees, please notify us of your cancellation at least 7 business days before the scheduled service commencement. You can cancel by phone by email at ashok.benial@cyberclinictech.com.
Short Notice Cancellations: If you cancel your service with less than 7 business days’ notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged.
Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled service commencement will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost.
2. Cancellation by NG Cyber Clinic India Pvt. Ltd
Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel our services at any time. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule the service or provide a full refund of any pre-paid fees.
Force Majeure: We will not be liable for any cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, equipment failure, or cyberattacks. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged.
3. Refunds
Eligibility: If you cancel your service within the required notice period, you will be eligible for a full refund of any pre-paid fees. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation request.
Non-Refundable Fees: Any fees paid for services canceled with less than the required notice period or for missed services will be non-refundable.
4. Modifications to the Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. The updated policy will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
